We are currently closed for the summer, but always love to give tours! If you would like to visit, give us a call, email us, or message us via social media to schedule an appointment.
The museum is closed for all Federal holidays, Thanksgiving week, Christmas through New Year’s Day, and Easter weekend. Hours subject to change. For the most current information, visit our Instagram or Facebook page

Halfway between Macon and Savannah and just south of I-16 near historic Downtown Vidalia. The Altama Museum is on the corner of Jackson and Sixth Streets, across from the Dr. Mark and Tonya Spivey Library (formerly Ohoopee Regional Library).
Parking and access ramp are available behind the museum on Sixth Street.
